Importance of Prayer
Prophet (PBUH) said, “The first matter that the slave will be brought to account for on the Day of Judgment is the prayer. If it is sound, then the rest of his deeds will be sound. And if it is bad, then the rest of his deeds will be bad.”
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh!
We Pray to Allah SWT to accept all your deeds and to Multiply your Rewards both in this Life and in the Hereafter.
Al-Hamdulillah the center is open daily for the 5 daily prayers including the Jumu’ah prayer. The Center offers a daily Qur’an halaqah after fajr prayer that is lead by our Imam Abdelghany Kohif. The Halaqah is attended in person at the Masjid and also by remote through a zoom link for the benefit of people that are not able to attend at the Masjid. The Imam also offers 3 weekly lectures on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday and 2 Qur’an halaqah for the sisters.
Also, the center is running Al-Hedayah Sunday school for children ages 5 to 17 years of age on Sundays from 10 AM to Zuhr Prayer at 1:15 PM. The School teaches Qur’an and Islamic Studies and Arabic to enable the children to read the Qur’an and Islamic materials.
A monthly family night for the entire family is beign hold on the last Saturday of the month.
